Day 1: Arrival at Nyerere National Park
Upon arrival either by flight from Zanzibar or by car from Dar es Salaam, you will be warmly welcomed by your guide and transferred to Selous Mapumziko Lodge. Day 2: Full-Day Game Drive and Night Safari
After a hearty breakfast, set off for a full-day game drive through the expansive landscapes of Nyerere National Park. Search for a wide array of wildlife including lions, elephants, giraffes, zebras, and perhaps even the elusive African wild dogs. Enjoy a packed lunch in the wild before continuing your exploration. Day 3: Morning Walking Safari and Maasai Village Visit
Wake up early for a guided morning walking safari, a unique opportunity to experience the park on foot and get closer to nature. Begin your day with an unforgettable eight-hour boat safari on the Rufiji River, either at sunrise or sunset, depending on your preference.
